DISCLAIMER

Tritons Triathlon Hong Kong is a not-for profit organisation (“Tritons”). From time to time, members of the Tritons organise events for the enjoyment of other members. Such events include but are not limited to swimming events, cycling events and running events, and combinations of swimming, cycling and running (“Event” or “Events”).

By taking part in an Event, you:

• acknowledge and accept that such Events carry the risk and potential for serious injury, death and property loss;
• certify and warrant that you are physically fit (and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person) and are skilled and capable of taking part in the Event;
• waive, release and discharge Tritons and its members from any and all liability arising from your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft of any kind, and
• indemnify and hold harmless Tritons and its members from any and all liability or claim to or made by other individuals or entities resulting from your participation in an Event.
